    If I request a replacement, when will I get it?
    Go to My Orders to check the status of your exchange.
    In most places, replacements will be delivered at the time of collection. In all other regions, exchange delivery begins after the first delivered item is picked up. For more information, see SMS and Email Sent for Exchange Requests.
    Can I return all products if they are damaged?

    How do returns work?
    You can send a return request!
    As soon as you submit your request, you will receive an email and SMS confirming that your request has been processed. Depending on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more information. If your request is approved, the item will be collected and exchanged or refunded. You can also immediately track the status of your return request in the My Orders section of your account.
    I have requested a return of an item. When does that happen?
    You can now easily track the status of your returns directly from your us account or mobile app. Please visit the My Orders page to see the status and date of receipt and, if applicable, the status of the refund.
    You will also receive an email and SMS with return details.
    How long does it take to cancel an order?
    If the order has not yet been shipped by the seller, the item in the order will be canceled immediately. If the item you ordered is shipped, it will be canceled as soon as the courier company confirms that the shipment will be returned to the seller. Orders from certain categories cannot be canceled after 24 hours. See the product page for more information.
